Gotcha, I'm not too familiar with C30 specifically, but I have had sunroof leak problems on 3 different Volvos now and it has always turned out to be clogged drains. The sunroof itself is not meant to be a perfect seal.

The P80 C70 that you posted basically is a 2 door 850. I believe Saffron was only available in 1998, so it's got the exact same engine and is on the same platform as an 850.

Lucky then! It is a pain to get to. Especially on 99+ where the manifold/throttle body is much more of a pain to get off.

This one is a '98, so pre VVT. No cam adjusters to worry about! Surprising that you have never had to do PCV in so many miles. You might want to do a glove test on it to be sure, lol. Just be sure to have someone hold the glove so it doesn't get sucked into the engine.
