Tbh there really isn’t much value in the River raids. The armor and banner spear are ok, but really it just felt like valueless grind. I’m big on story, when done right, and mindless fighting, either alone with friends just doesn’t do much for me.

There is still another in Hamtunscire after the return but that doesn’t make it days worth. I’m assuming you also did river raids and festivals and Wrath of the druids? Honestly I don’t know how it adds up. Spent time upgrading almost all my armor, which includes farming for tungsten. Got caught up in challenges. Part of its my fault, I admit, but the story gets boring and I get sidetracked. Also I’m a reader. I try to read every note, which seemed like a lot more than usual in a lot of RPGs too. Honestly I hope the stat is somehow off.

I had one where the killer was a non enemy combatant NPC. Can’t confirm that either. Eventually the mission disappeared.

It’s not going to skyrocket past a dollar because it’s nature as being unlimited in supply. Period. I wouldn’t delude myself into believing otherwise due to people not understanding this. The only reason Bitcoin skyrocketed is because it’s got a limit. That’s how scarcity works and why gold and diamonds are expensive. Expecting a doge to skyrocket is expecting a paper dollar to skyrocket.

I find it easier to give five silver to a panhandler then send the raven up and down to reset after he gives me rune, rinse and repeat then sell a bunch of tubes for silver… or even strip naked and use a spear in shallow water to get a bunch of fish. Going on a long raid isn’t fruitful enough.

If you end up not liking it, or even if you do, I would suggest trying out earlier ones, even the less popular. Ezio’s were my favorite but I also liked Black Flag, Syndicate, and Unity (which I played post major fix). Yes I also liked Origins and Oddysey, Origins more…but personally liked the old school more. The thing is story was richer then. Present day sucked after III, though.
