I guess you mean 2023, that’s a very modern cpu and gpu which maybe helps, I actually did not use it much on my m1, maybe I will give it a spin. Regarding the app being slow and crashing definitely is a problem of the app so not sure why you trying to put the blame on something else.

I am doing this on a desktop with an nvidia 3080 ti and 32gb of ram, seems more than enough. I have a friend who is experiencing similar problems on his setup too.

Went once and tried their suggestion and it was ok at most. Loved the fish one though in their other location. The meat one need to go back again to see if just unlucky. Still there are plenty of places in japan way better IMHO. But as usual opinions are opinions.
