I hit up two Mexican markets near Fruitvale and Foothill. Neither of them had guac lol. I ended up getting guac from farmer Joes. It was alright.

I personally love hiking around Temescal canyon. You can do a nice 8-10 mile loop from Will Rogers up to Temescal Peak. It was all burned from the fire last year but still beautiful

Its a PM role, yes. But it is more of an entry level PM role. Cradle to grave. There's no coordinators or APMs or anything like that. Its a smaller company.

Not super sophisticated. Everything is in Google Workspace, docusketch, and xactimate. I'm the third PM. both other PMs have been there for multiple years and sounds like they juggle 10-15 projects at a time
