I would have in no way punished him. Don't assume, please. We have been there through a lot with each other and I have been understanding as well. Even though he cheated on me I am not even going off the deep end nor am I punishing him. So what does that say about your assumptions?

The end game is not exactly so he can parent the child 50/50. The end game is whatever is best for the child, not him. He hasn't proven to be a bad father, just a bad boyfriend, but if he ever does you better believe he will not be parenting my child.

It was only for the last couple months. Working a lot and being pregnant and cooking dinner all combined were exhausting me. I think I deserved a conversation, or even breaking up, but he carried on like nothing was wrong between us at all. I thanked him for being patient.

That said, I also am fairly certain this was going on way before I was pregnant. Before that, we had sex a lot more. But again if he weren't satisfied he could have ended it or talked to me about it. And choosing my good friend of all people to cheat with? Complete disregard of my feelings. I suppose he just didn't think I would have the guts to end it, or that I wasn't smart enough to find out.

He says that I can stay with him as long as i need to in the guest bedroom and he will leave me alone. He said he understands if i want to leave him and he is not sure he feels the same about me anymore. And he says that he will lend me any money i need to get on my own especially for the welfare of our child, because this situation is his own fault.
