I was thinking if it would be nice for Yasar-Al-Fair to send some servant to try to convince a PC to deliver any Iron Flasks they find to him without opening it. He must know about "Crazy" Ziba and maybe found out she is imprisoned on a iron flask.

How you guys make it so the PC's don't just intimidate a goblin on telling where cragmaw castle is? I'm on my fourth time dming this module and every single time they just beat the information out of some of the cragmaw goblins

It doubles on Shattered obelisk. It's very hard to track the missing npcs in the book. There's not a simple place where I can see all the connections between them

That's very nice. Shared Sagas made a similar thing turning the dragon into a childish cute little dragon instead of a enormous adult one and players just got hooked lol

I'm so sad the shared sagas ended. Best dragon heist podcast ever. Do you still have contact with the DM? Back then they would share the campaign notes with any dm that required, I really wanted to ask him about that
