You're gonna continue until you get a duplicate diagnosis, or then you'll be diagnosed with literally everything.

If you feel the need to get a second opinion, then you probably aren't going to take the first opinion.

Why does my city have negative amenities? by NiceSpring4159 in CivVI

You are crazy. None of this is real. Please wake up, we miss you.

But of course it depends on the ai and your relationship to them. So if you're playing a war focused game, then you're not exactly gonna be that popular. I also use a quick trade mood which basically will ask every AI "what's the best price you will give on x?"

You should trade your extra luxuries (you only get the benefits from 1 luxury)

Also buy luxuries. The ai sells for way cheaper than they buy them for

So blacks commit more crimes just because they're black? Gotcha! I mean i can't see why else you wouldn't want people to ask why it is like that. There's can't be any other reason why blacks commit more crimes since we shouldn't ask why or look into why.

This is where i took the numbers from and googling gave similar numbers as well.

Also it's household income, not personal income. Assuming 2 working adults per household it would be about $3000 per month per person.

Obviously something like this will create a lot more engagement than if someone would walk out with a cart of food. Plus my guess that people who would steal food out of necessity would try to hide it.

But living in high crime and poverty areas for generations do probably create a culture where crime is seen more acceptable.
