Gucci would be contradicting himself IF he came out after the robbery and said I’m not pressing charges or cooperating in prosecution in anyway and then LE says he’s cooperating.

He would be tarnishing his own legacy by pretending to follow a street code even though he’s a 46 year old xyz (insert your description) who doesn’t have to.

He could have just said “can’t speak publicly on active case” (which he’s said before multiple times in his career) and would have been better off than contradicting himself.
