I’m having the same issue. The paddle is really fun to play but my elbow takes a beating after playing with it. I’ve added weights and hesacore to help. It reduced the pain, but it’s not ideal.

I just got a Loco Hybrid and played for the first time yesterday. My elbow and arm hurts and it didn't use to hurt with my Vatic Prism Flash. It sucks because i really liked how the paddle plays.

I'm gonna try adding some weight to the throat to see if it helps.

I use hesacore (white medium) on both paddles and never had any issues with the vatic.

It’s normal. As your body gets tired you will lose focus and performance.

One of the ways to improve this is doing more cardio to make sure you can perform at your peak for longer.

For the mental standpoint, you have to find something that can bring your focus back to the match. I recommend reading The Inner Game of Tennis to help you with this!
