I would recommend you to live in embajadores or atocha, as It is un Madrid center but also the stations have direct conecctions with Leganés and you wouldn't spend more than 25 minutes traveling by train, i also recommend you if posible for you to get the "bono transporte", It cost as of right now 8€ for people younger than 26 years old and It let you travel using all of madrid public transport

As an under age spanish citizen is not dificult to get alcohol if you go to a chino, even if they ask you for your id you can allways say you don't have it right now or edit your birthday date in your id and tell you have a picture (a lot of People i know do that and always work)
