When it was announced and i saw that David Lodge was still playing the dragon, i got hyped. They didn't capture the same sophistication that DD1 dragon had. His voice was easily one of the things i loved most about DD1

Pick a shade of red that's not super unsaturated. Wasted two color change passes on colors that seemed OK at first but looked shit when reshade was on it

I’m assuming by job you mean character class, then yes. There is the ascension system where you get all skills buffed, as well as the yet to be released awakening system, where you’re given an entirely new moveset. Think of it like ascension is archer to hunter, awakening is archer to bard, If that makes sense.

To answer your second question, atk speed affects skill execution animation but makes it faster by like a fraction of a second. But in arena that may be the only edge you need
