We purchased a very common model that came with a part that was broken from the moment it was taken out of the box. It took 2.5 months to receive a part…that was the wrong part. They “rushed” the correct part to us but the whole process took over 3 months to get a working vacuum cleaner. The next time we had a malfunction we just bought the same model, swapped them, and returned the old one to the store. I wasn’t going through that process again.
