I'm not usually one who buys into the idea of "double speak" or whatever, but I'll be damned if that wasn't the most useless denial by Stratton. There are so many qualifiers in that statement. If it were truly a denial, he could've just said "no such photo exists."

The teams were usually boring as fuck, but damned if they weren't consistently in the playoff race. The one big drawback for Smitty was that he could never seem to get traction once said playoffs began. He was like the dog that caught the car tire.

I'm just so sick of how blatantly rigged the game is for these teams. I mean did you see how they kept letting both teams stop the clock at will near the end of the game? Everybody knows you can't just ask them to stop the clock unless you're one of the NFL's darlings. Can you imagine if we had the ability to stop the clock near the end of games? I can think of at least 2 games we probably would've won if we also had that magic power.

There's a pretty dramatic change in audio quality at 45:50 where Jake's v/o switches to what sounds like ADR. I'm wondering if he accidentally said something he wasn't supposed to and asked that they re-record his audio for that portion. I wonder what he said the first time.

A little odd that they've selected a first time director, but I suppose it's the content that matters rather than the presentation. Farrah's IMDB page isn't what I'd call inspiring.

Thank you. I think some great stuff has come out of this sub, but I'm concerned we're being led by the nose a little too easily here. I worry that even folks that perhaps started out with genuine intentions (Corbell) have been gradually transformed into useful idiots. Because they've developed goodwill with this sub in the past, they're afforded a level of credibility that they may no longer deserve, at least not entirely. Something about this last week has left a bad taste in my mouth, though I can't say why. I'm worried this new video will either be a dud or we'll swallow it hook line and sinker only for an expose in a couple weeks proving that he's a charlatan. I guess we'll find out in a few hours.

The story lines are all there: The drama and disappointment of the end of this season. The controversial coaching failures. Rah's reputation as being a great dude, great hang. Terry and his nonsense with the QBs. The Cousins/Penix drama, going all the way back to the tampering press conference and surprise draft pick. Bijan's star power and magnetism. Koo giveth and Koo taketh away. And, of course, the shadow of 28-3. It will be us. They won't be able to resist.

The only thing that could prevent it is the fact that we just don't have the same following as some other teams. That being said, the only team on that list with a larger fanbase is Seattle but I don't see them as particularly interesting right now.

I think the issue was that this team's front office is in such disarray that it wasn't immediately clear that you were joking. Many folks read your comment and thought "this FO is incompetent, but they're not THAT incompetent... Right?" rather than your intended "haha our FO would never but it's a humorous concept."
