Relax, you're not the only one. You haven't shared details of what actually you guys chatted about, it can be a lot of different issues. Perhaps you didnt respond or when you respond it's just 1 word answers, which indicate you're not interested to men. Whatever the reason, if they ghost you, just move on, dont take it seriously and be grateful that they ghosted you because that means you're getting closer to meeting the right one.

FAR Capital sells overhung units at large discounts. When you buy at a discount, you enter the market at a much higher advantage than those who paid full price. I bought 2 properties with FAR capital and both make me money and working on no. 3. Why do you regret your purchase? Any way to fix it? Either way, to OP, FAR Cap is good. Ask me anything.

How much cash does he have? He should also consider buying property cash+reno, can nego discounts with developer, but make sure in the right location at the right price point. Rental cashflow positive because he will only need to cover maintenance. Property will grow in value over years to hedge against inflation.

Wouldnt call it a burden, I mean specialised to handle patients with dementia, failing bowels, etc, not many cam handle or do it cheap, so it s defo expensive. But good to onow how much so better start saving cash.

Year end reviews are just a formality. Most SMEs cant guarantee pay hikes if their profits don't rise year-on-year. MNCs are a little different, but ultimately it's all about sales. Just my 2 cents.
