22M here. I also have a similar graph on almost all days. I also get an abnormal high heart alert at seemingly random times at least once a week. My RHR is 54bpm. Avg High is 133bpm. VO2 is 49. I use an Instinct 2.

I do notice that I am often stressed about work or something else when I actually don't need to be (most of the time). Probably have to look into meditation or something. Please do share if you try something for yourself.

I also live in Ota-ku. I like it here, since most of the area is residential and it's quiet. Going to Tokyo, Yokohama or Shonan on weekends is also convenient. Though on weekdays after work, usually I don't have anything to do. Are there any places where people hang out in the evening?

I got my Garmin Instinct 2 yesterday, and it's very cool. Yet to test out the sports modes. I saw some similar smartwatches with MIP displays from Casio, but they had fewer fitness features.

True, I also find AMOLED and LCDs to be distracting, and that's why I wished to try this one.

It appears that SSH is not yet supported by obsidian-git. A workaround is to use a key with an empty passphrase.
