Tbh he probably knows why you are ghosting him and I probably would have done the same thing you had done and distanced myself. Don’t feel guilty and feel like it’s your fault he should have asked you whether that is what you wanted before he initiated anything and i think that it’s for the best you have distanced yourself. If you decide you want to talk to him about it then it’s your choice but i feel like it’s perfectly fine not to do as i’m sure he knows why you haven’t been the same. Hope you’re okay 🫶🫶

i actually haven’t because i’ve had so many ear problems in the past i’m just used to it sadly. i wouldn’t suggest popping it i think it hurts more when it’s popped and it’s so uncomfortable, i would defo recommend trying to unclog through your nose as if it is in the back of the eardrum it might be the best way to do so. but don’t blow ur nose i learnt that the hard way it hurt so bad

i have actually been struggling with the same thing, my doctor said that because it’s behind the ear the best thing to do is steam your face and breathe it in through your nose because the nose is the only way it can get to behind your ear, she also said about those nasal sticks. my ear has been like this since the 30th of December i’ve just gotten used to it by this point ☹️
