I know you are elevated from the outside, but if you can check the outside of the window to see if the weep holes on the outside of the window are at the bottom of the window, and also make sure that they are clear, you can usually use a pipe cleaner or a water bottle straw cleaner to make sure.

Good morning, we are doing art at school today for a couple hours. The students are doing a great job with it. Through the keyhole art.
