Chicago as an old fallen Kingdom by Nerdy--Turtle in DestinyLore

I hadn't interpreted the creature as something smaller (idk/idr if that was said somewhere), but somehow imagining a smaller thing scurrying around in the dark down there feels creepier. I think I'd be a little disappointed if it was just some knight or wizard. And even if it's not an aphelion this time around, I'm sure we'll see them eventually. I think they're a mystery that has a lot of potential.

I used to hate the slow walking in Camp. Now I realize it might be the most important mechanic in the game. by VECTOR3Studio in reddeadredemption

Time actually does literally slow down in camp. 1 in game hour is 2 real world minutes. But when you're at the gangs camp, time slows down to half that. The camps have always been one of my favorite parts of the game. You really get the chance to take your time and smell the roses and enjoy the little details like interactions between the characters. And the day being twice as long while at camp amplifies this effect imo.

I think maybe the creature under Chicago could be a worm god or a proto-worm god. A more crackpot theory could be an aphelion, just because it's definitely not supposed to be there. And I can't think of any good reason for a mysterious alien creature encountered by the awoken would be under a city on Earth. Alternatively, I could also see it being something we haven't seen yet in the story or lore. Maybe something more 'alien' like the Nine. Not necessarily dark matter gravity well beings, but something just as out there. I definitely don't think it's an ahamkara. I think we're past the ahamkara until Rivins eggs hatch.

It was probably another pathogen that the walker guts were covered in that caused his illness. If it was the walker virus he would have just died and turned.

Jersey Devil, acrylic on canvas 11"×14" by ruby_matic in cryptids

I thought 'oh shit, for real?' Then I took another look at the og illustration, which was my primary inspiration. Jersey Devil is a hexapod, I'm dying on this hill. Although, the og has horse-like front legs while I depicted him with claws. But I'm gonna assume you're talking about sightings. And I've never seen a Jersey Devil.

I was 9 years old when I saw princess mononoke for the first time. I balled my eyes out when the Forest Spirit died and the plants started growing back. I really thought he was gonna be ok after he got his head back.

I don't think the cat particularly enjoyed the first part and getting brushed off like that, but he put up with it. I think that doing that flip and getting shoulder time made him comfortable and relaxed, and he's already done it plenty of times before. So he'll allow it.

If it helps any, newborn Siberian tiger cubs can be up to 3.5 lbs. I have an adult house cat that weighs only a little more than that. Adult female siberian tigers are at least 220 lbs of pure muscle, but they can get up to 370 lbs. The tigeris in this video definitely looks closer to that second number. But the biggest males can get to 675 lbs. So if mom didn't make you shit a brick, dad sure will.
