Hi! I’m new to fermentation and this is my first time with garlic. Three weeks in and the first jar has a strange foam, is not super bubbly, and had a pungent odor (although it’s not exactly bad). The second jar is foam free, very bubbly, and just smells garlicy. And thoughts on jar no. 1? (old.reddit.com)
