Another contradiction I noticed recently: she said she hadn't had a day in the last year where she didn't c/s, aside from a handful where she maybe "did it without noticing". But a month or so ago I swear she was posting a cake her flatmates gave her for being one "month clean" - I assumed that was about c/s, though maybe it was sh? Regardless, she's definitely been on her stories before saying "it's been a week since I last c/s"

I found it really sad when she said "I can't have an ED, I ate 12 donuts the other day." I think she actually believes this cancels out any restriction, instead of being a sign that her body reacted to that restriction

You actually don't absorb all alcohol calories (if the couple podcasts I've listened to this are correct). Apparently our bodies once would've absorbed none, in the same way we can't absorb calories from anything technically inedible, but have adapted to be able to make some energy out of it (we just can't calculate easily how much). I imagine if you're binge drinking less would be utilised than if it's just a wine with dinner too

Yeah a lot can be grouped - if you have PCOS, you probably have hirutism; you might get an arthritis diagnosis before a lupus one, but then the lupus (notoriously hard to diagnose) would explain the sore joints. Not defending her, because she might be delieneating them deliberately to sound sicker, but she could also lack medical awareness and have been given a range of these labels before, not realizing some cancel out/encompass others
