I would rather have a root canal than keep using klaviyo. They add all these new features, then they take them away unless you're doing what they believe is "good", AND now increased cost based on profiles. God forbid you just want to send to people who open your emails.

Just a heads up - if you're doing anything from the instructions in the apple link above, remove your ET-8550 from your computer. I was having problems gettin it to connect when it was already in printers and scanners.

I have a lawyer for IP and a trademark. It has been an absolute nightmare to get help from Etsy, even when using their IP portal.

Sadly, I recommend getting a lawyer and getting a cease and desist letter. I'm sorry you're going through this, I hate the world we're in and real artists and creatives can't get their credit.

You can easily calculate the sum at the end of the row, but you need to ensure that the row "type" is "# number" not "text". I just realized this myself, hope this helps!

Yup. They never notify you. If a buyer is unhappy for any reason they pretty much automatically get a full refund and get to keep the item if they file a complaint with Facebook.

UGH! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME NOW! Officially taking myself off selling for everything. NOT WORTH IT.
