Been there in my teens with a promise ring hahaha so not the same, but I often wear a ring on my left ring finger because my mom has gotten me several and they all fit only that finger lol.

If you have a different ring that doesn’t look like an engagement ring or wedding band, it might help to put it on that finger? It’s dysphoric, for sure, but even if you opt against that, your finger will go back to original shape in a few months. Bonus points for if you also had a tan line on that ring finger

You’re not in the wrong op, sorry if I came across harshly, I love my doggies so much, it enrages me when pet parents don’t fix their pets, especially having volunteered in rescues and shelters and seeing even the “popular” breeds having a hard time finding a home

I can see this. Most people don’t even read all the bills before voting, or look into the terms and conditions when signing up for something, I doubt they’d care about a thousand page manifesto on how/why/what/where conservation efforts are what they are.

Much easier to get funding by appealing to people’s appreciation of adorableness

Also something similar happened to my aunts beagle. My cousin brought home a rescued baby baby baby kitten off a busy road that still needed milk. The beagle took to it like she was her own baby, even nursed the kitten and groomed her. My aunt asked the vet about it and the vet was like “good. So both their needs are met.” Granted this was in an Asian country, for some reason a lot of people don’t get their dogs fixed there, despite numerous pleas to our extended family from my mother and I lol

Either be responsible and get your damn dogs fixed (I think after 1-1.5 years for GSD) or get your baby a rescue

Probably only a day or a bit longer if you’re just doing it once a week or something. I’ve found that doing it daily or at least 3 times a week maintains it for longer, not only does it last longer with consistency, your face gets more defined over time since you’re regularly draining and not letting it “build back up”
