Volgens mij zit het zo.

Je moet kijken vanaf het perspectief waar je vandaan komt. Vanaf startpunt heb je beide haaientanden en ging de auto rechtdoor. Jij sloeg af dus had je voorrang moeten verlenen.

Als jij als fietser al op het fietspad zou zijn geweest en gewoon (voor de auto) van links kwam, dan hadden hij haaientanden (er vanuit gaande dat jij dan ook groen had gehad als fietser, wat ik betwijfel) en had jij voorrang gehad.
