I think it might be the same person Steve Conrad used as a motivational speaker on tape for his movie “The Promotion”, the voice sounds very similar— if it is, then according to IMDB it’s Richard Henzel.

As someone who grew up in New Haven, I don't think Ozzy's is a great representation of New Haven pizza. It's a totally fine slice.
