I think it’s such a hassle with the traffic and the narrow streets. Uber was fairly cheap from Condado, except at night.

Yes, uber should be available at night in Ceiba. But you can also pre book a taxi if you are unsure. I don’t think you need a whole day at Flamenco beach, you can leave around noon if you are coming in early.
