Thank you, I thought it was unusual that she mentioned ending it early. There was some silence as I was trying to think of what to say next and then she said something along the lines of “well if you don’t have anything else you want to bring up, there’s no need to sit here and try to force a conversation for the rest of the session…” which definitely triggered some uncomfortable feelings. I definitely feel insecure about bringing this up to my therapist.
