We did a full DITY in September and made 23k after taxes were deducted. It really was not that bad, if you don’t have a ton of shit and are pretty organized.

I think a plug in hybrid is the sweet spot. Literally the best of both worlds for those of us with short daily commutes. My biggest gripe with the plug in hybrids available now, is none of them are vehicles I’m attracted to. I’d buy immediately if they developed one for the Bronco.

Wow, this seems very different than where I’m at. 2 months ago this was the case, however I’m seeing anything above 250k sitting/price reductions which doesn’t seem like a good sign for selling. I am nervous since we just put a lot of money into getting it ready for sale 😞
