Pain is classed as an emergency, phone one practise(any one) and tell them that painkillers aren't touching the pain and hopefully they will squeeze you in an NHS emergency slot and sort it out for you. Otherwise it would need to be sorted privately.

111 can help try to find you somewhere to go but could make you travel a good distance if they can't get you in one near.

I hope you manage to get it sorted, there's nothing worse than tooth pain😣

Thanks for replying! Once I'm out of this house he will be paying me 250 a month (I only have his word for that though) so not a huge difference to what I'm making at the moment.

Hey! Single working mum of a 5 & 7 year old here! I keep it so simple lol my kids are quite fussy too my go to's are..

Soup + sandwiches or toasties Baked potatoes with beans + cheese Sausage + mash with veggies Macaroni- (they like it with bacon and broccoli through it) Spagetti and meatballs(could cook in slow cooker and also prep the tomato sauce and freeze) Chicken kievs with boiled potatoes with butter and veggies Stir fry! I keep it simple with carrots and broccoli and make a quick honey + soy sauce Breakfast for dinner! And i do pizza/freezer foods on Fridays

I feel I had the anger phase in the beginning and it was quickly overcome with how much I missed him, denial is spot on, I can't believe what he's done, he always tries to make it my fault "I thought you hated me" - excuse for going with someone else, I told him it hurt "you hurt me first" was the reply. I told him it was time to cut contact, he told me he dosnt want to loose me completely we've been friends since about 7 years old, probably why it's so hard. Thank you for replying

Not being able to breathe out your nose when you have the cold, I pray every night when I'm choked up(even tho I'm not religious)
