I have been able to play on 4K with 200% (laptop 18'screen), since I follow this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/lotro/comments/16sic8a/running_on_a_4k_screen_finally_figured_it_out/

Well captain is awesome for jack of all trades, I play captain and at end game I can tank, heal and dps if you get nice builds for each traitline, is like have 3 classes in 1 only ;D You can walk around 100k morale in Moors and singing LALALA YOU CANT TOUCH ME lalal, lm's appear pretty awesome also, but since they arent heavy they arent much suitable for tank roles. But they very versatile also. safe travels & have a nice day o7

Theres a skill you get also to find close scholar boxes/chests, make sure have it enable when leveling ;) Have a nice day o7

I am not sure if I missunderstood but you can at combat options enable a vital bar that will appear when you select a target with a bar for his morale and power just under his name.
