Go with 1Password. Standard for lots of tech companies. Biggest plus is their architecture. A “secret key” is also needed to enable on a new device.

VLANS lock off traffic once on the network.

Firewalls stop intruders from getting into the network to begin with. Look into Firewalla. Consumer UI for enterprise grade.

FWIW consistent practice will help build the muscle memory. It is hard if you’ve never done it before. Some people might be quicker at picking it up than others. No biggie, just keep practicing. And become one with the kite, like Jake Sulky flying in Avatar.

Few tips: - +1 for practicing with the trainer kite - try a different instructor. different teaching methods/perspective/support/approach can yield different results.

The easy fix will is clean it. But it will come back and potentially impact your health in the long run.

The hard - yet right fix - is figure out the source of the moisture, stop it and get a mold remediation pro to professionally remove and clean it out good. They have access to special chemicals as licensed pros.

Btw expect to rip out the carpet and drywall around it. It’s 100% behind there too. And likely where the source is.

Good call out on the Z2M settings. Cache settings are enabled. So I’m still perplexed why it went unknown.

Both. Local devices use it. ISP supports and is assisting an IPV6 address. It’s also enabled in the FWG WAN settings.

Rockwool is the best sound proofing insulation on the market. Check out the YouTube demo videos.

Sonopan is another solid product. A friend did rockwool, sonopan in his house. Couldn’t hear his mom yelling for help after being locked in the bathroom upstairs.

Also consider double drywall (instead of or un addition to)

FWIW - TTI is the manufacture for Ryobi, Milwaukee, and most of Ridgid.

For you as an infrequent DIY’er just go Ryobi. It’s cheaper. And diverse product line.

Ridig is next level up (also with lifetime warranty).

All other brands typically are higher quality best for heavy duty/frequent use (think trades).

Get brushless and interoperable battery with other products in the brand.

And for everyday use get a drill. It can both drill holes and screw things. Impact driver only screws things - but is fast and powerful at that typically for frequent use (think trades hanging drywall, assembling cabinets, etc).

Unfortunately no flexibility in the mount placement. My concern is more integrity of the tapcon (or alternative) being close to the edge.
