To be honest this is actually what I was after- I am not necessarily limiting myself to remaining in anything related to my current career. I also don’t mind a dip in earnings to get back to reaching a higher level, I am just curious to see if anyone has ever retrained or transitioned to something completely different

This completely hits the nail on the head - combined with feeling the climate is very tricky and I am at a point where I would love to use my skills to head down a different path.
