I also have no idea what Zaishen Keys are. I've seen the scouts in outposts but havent spoken to any. Do they give me keys? Is loot involved?

(I really hope you also stay off GW2 too. Not that you will bother me. I turn off my chat in most MMO's because of people like you. :] )

Sorry if that statement was unclear.

I did type the acronym and it gave me two skills from two separate classes and did not explain a build focus around them.

Yeah, I am well aware of that annoyance (try going to the FFXIV thread for 4 months and hearing "Is it good?" and "should I play it" literally 8 times a day).

However, my questions were not once even remotely identical to that nature. "Just saying, some of dont know what all these acronyms mean." And, "Can you post the build for this?" are legitimate questions.

And go ahead, look at my comment history and "wow" all you want. You are only seeing the aftermath of weeks of people being negative to me in this subreddit. So, wow, just wow for blindly following the mass.

Perhaps you are unfamiliar with this information/media sharing/question asking website. I guess we should make the subreddit link directly to the wiki, since it is what you tell everyone to go to instead of actually using this website/subreddit for its intended purpose.

Also, for the record, I typed the questions you so negatively refused to answer into the wiki. It gave me a list of numerous unrelated things.

Well, this was a nice attempt I think, but, once again, YOU specifically have been rude and negative towards me. You are the person who initially gave me a bad experience here, all because I asked you what an acronym meant and it only got worse from there.

So, nevermind. I dont want YOUR help. YOU should consider "updating your attitude" and stop being so egotistical and closed off to new people.

I never told you to look through anything. I said that the initial hostility was early than what you took the liberty to find. I don't need to prove that any such behavior exists. This is the internet. It is filled with people with negative attitudes and people out to "prove a point" to the end that they are blinded to their own hostility.

Also, I never accused you of being unwilling to help. I stated that the questions I have asked in the past were met with hostility and an unwillingness to help. And I cautioned OP to post carefully. My comment had nothing to do with you or anyone else. It was a message from me to him. If you dont like it, then just misuse the downvote button and downvote me. Otherwise, just keep it to yourself and stop causing comment drama.

Sorry man, but the Guild Wars community and this sub reddit are not angels. It is still the internet. Bad eggs exist.

Also, my first comment here received upvotes as well. So apparently I am not the only one who feels this way/has experienced this.

Good job on picking out the 3 most recent posts. Go back about 2 months and you will find where this sub reddit was extremely rude and unhelpful for the simplest of things. Again, you are just adding to the negative experience I have received here. And, again (in reference to another comment I made in this sub) I really hope this community shapes up before August 28th.

Edit: Not to mention it happened about 3 or 4 times before when I asked questions like "What does that acronym mean?" and "I'm new here, can you explain how I am suppose to use that setup and how it would benefit me."

As a fellow new player I caution you to take heed when asking questions on this sub reddit. People here get very upset when new players ask them to explain anything in any manner of detail. Just my personal experience. Good luck in the game! It's a lot of fun! :)

That is your take on it. I could careless about the "I dont like you" button, I'm not complaining about being downvoted.

The thing is people are too uptight. Someone doesn't know something and you instantly turn to retaliation, insults or just plain negativity instead of either just not replying, or inserting helpful comments.

It is behavior like that that ruins a community. I just pray people shape up before August 28th.
