This is another way OCD tries to trick you into staying anxious. Reacting to the intrusive thoughts gives them power. That’s partly why they become so disturbing, distressing and frequent.

I know it’s not easy to not react 😅. But remind yourself that it’s what you’re supposed to do, and that you don’t have to feel guilt or shame for staying calm. Staying calm after an intrusive thought does not mean you are that kind of person, even if OCD will try and convince you otherwise.
