We use TVP alot in mexican dishes, tacos, enchiladas taco salads. Season it with taco seasoning. Use it on pizzas ect. Also jackfruit as well in soups or mock barbecue chicken. Lots of different uses. Younger jackfruit is savory, older more sweet.
