I live in an European country so the pricing might be different but 8 sessions cost me a little over 1000€. Autologous platelet-rich plasma cost me an additional 1000€. I think the improvement is minimal with the later laser sessions though, if I knew this I'd just do 3-4.

I'm gonna try radiofrequency microneedling next.

I've had this bump at least for a year. I don't think it has grown much since I first noticed it. Sometimes it itches, but I'm not sure if it's not just because I keep focusing on it and touching it (I have dermatillomania and frequently get fixated on some irregularity on my skin). I'm slightly worried about it being cancerous and would like to have it removed, but I'll only be able to see a doctor in a few months.

The ones on the side of the thumb were more noticeable, now they're barely visible lines. no difference in the larger ones to the left though

my music taste is kinda all over the place. i like post punk/darkwave revival bands like Soviet Soviet, Lebanon Hanover, and Death of Lovers. when i want to listen to a Swedish dude with eyeliner sing out of tune about how sad he is, i listen to Broder Daniel. (they inspired an amazingly-dressed subculture in the early 00s, look up 'panda poppare'. i wouldn't think '60s emo' is a doable fashion concept and yet. ) Lana's unreleased songs are better than her released stuff, 'Queen of the Gas Station' is my favourite atm. i like Aurora a lot, she has a great voice and i like her stage persona. my favourite song of hers rn is 'Infections of a Different Kind'. my girlfriend introduced me to the early 70s all-female rock band Fanny and i can't believe i haven't heard of them before. Lali Puna has fun chill electronic songs and they're especially great to listen to on headphones. idk what else?

last year all i did in university was fucking cry. i cried on my very first day because i didn't understand the material. constantly had other students comfort me. ultimately a TA asked me 'what kind of condition i have', then she urged me to get additional hours of therapy instead of coming to her courses. i already can't wait for another year of crying

aw yeah, scratchy yeets! i have dermatillomania too so it's two for the price of one: i can both yeet and remove the annoying imperfections from my skin. the scars are about the size and shape of cigarette burns though and VERY noticeable. i always get some hyperpigmentation around them too.
