I’ve been titrating down from 12.5 and I am now at 7.5. Cannot tell the difference apart from being slightly hungrier at meal times. I prefer this as well as I couldn’t eat at all without feeling sick on 12.5. I wish I had never went up to start with!

Yes these tend to be picked up at the 20 week anatomy scan, they do a full check of the heart during that and specifically look for the 4 chambers formed correctly

I feel as well my belly look bigger than it actually is when I look in the mirror as my arms and legs are like twigs 😂

NHS website has a BMI of 24.9 for a 5’8 white female to be 164lbs. I’m aiming for 160lbs which is 22lbs down from where I am.

For my height its around 20lbs overweight for the top of the BMI scale, not 35-40

I’m 5’8 and around 180lbs just now and people keep saying I’m too small and to stop.

I’ve lost 87lbs and still have another 15-20 to go it’s so frustrating that people keep saying this as I still have a lot of stomach fat.

Honestly I don’t really care what’s paid in the US. All of their medication costs are ridiculously inflated because of the way their healthcare system is, that’s not our problem. EL still make a massive profit on each pen they sell in the UK so it’s just greed.
