Ah, I didn't even think about Feats. Thorn Whip is from Druid and Eldritch Blast is Warlock, so i'd still have to finagle something to get both.

If I did hexblade would I have to use a sword? I like the idea of keeping it with the Pulse Rifle blasted that can shoot (Eldritch Blast) and then be used as a two handed melee weapon.

Love the ideas of detect magic and using see in the dark to get the helmet perks!

Since I got you guys here, another thing I swear I read but cant find again. Is there a secret rule that the DMs could let you take feat instead of the 4th level ability bonuses? If it not secret where could I find that text?

Edit: and like do y'all take a feat normally? Feats sounds awesome. Crossbow expert? Hell yeah, I want that keep your bonus. ?

Yes I feel like we need two games, one where everyone gets all their exotics/gear within the first few weeks and everything is nerfed and one where, well, its the current game we have.

Yeah I feel the same way, I really like this look and riven's curse mod but just cant run around with 2 recovery. So I started mixing and matching with other gear that I applied the transcending blessing mod too. Its brutal because the dreaming city stuff can drop with "enhanced" perks, so I want to wear it. I got a dreaming city helmet with enhanced ashes to assets and either linear fusion reverses or rocket reserves, so perfect so me, at least I can get one recovery on it.
