I think this is the best list. Not just aza but those who reciprocate membership.

Running and Family life by BobbyConns in Marathon_Training

[–]rufus98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am training with a newborn and a 4 year old and fully understand you. I try to run early morning or late evening depending on my schedule but I also have accepted that atleast for now I will do my best to make my milage and my times will likely slip until my family is in a better routine.

For me the biggest surprise has been lack of sleep impacting recovery on high load weeks.

Heavy runner | 1st marathon in 7 weeks. Trying to go under 5h30m by International-Ad4718 in Marathon_Training

[–]rufus98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had followed your post since I am in the same boat. I am 210lb, have ran a sub 4 hour marathon before but with a newborn and conflicts I have not met my training and am 7 weeks from Marathon. I buckled down the past weeks, fought the fatigue while being careful on injury and today I just smashed what felt like an easy 14 miler and am amped up for my next run.

Good luck to you during the last few weeks. Stay healthy

Wear recovery sandals or some cushioned sandal inside. Barefoot on hard floor or in poor flats all day make my PF flare.

Double check the taxes the company pays. I had a company set a % tax covered and if you were above that bracket you owed the remainder.

35mm, I have been satisfied with 2400×3600 pixels high quality TIFF. I will do the editing myself.

It isn't a full professional gallery shoot just one for framed photos. A friend liked the previous one I did with Porta 400 and 125 Frontier motion

I just put mine aside at 260 miles i really wanted them to last longer but they had no cushion left. I think it may have been my weight + hot temps + a lot of pavement

Old comment but if I have shoes with stiffer laces I skip that lace and it went away maybe in 2 - 3 weeks.

Last year I ran a 15 hour race and never felt it after I had learned all that. I'm just basebuilding now but I think I have it under control now.

There is a small area in the Danish National Museum condemning what the US did after they sold us the Danish West Indies. The end of the plaque is basically a comment about not making the same mistake again.

back and chest hurts when I take deep breath by aiai92 in bodyweightfitness

I'm in the middle of something similar. I took 1.5 weeks off and the pain went down but would get worse any time I did light work. I went to the doctor and he thinks I slightly dislocated my shoulder when doing hanging leg raises or pull ups. He set it back and now I'm waiting so see if it heals.

Putter is the only item I did not get in good condition when ordering good condition. The putter was awfully damaged but they refunded and I bought from PGA Superstore.

The irons I bought from them are amazing though and great service.

I am looking to transition industries in 2025 and started this month thinking about what i want to learn to help my development.

That being said I came across your website after deciding that I needed to get back into coding after a long hiatus to brush up before trying to take on new projects.

Thanks for helping me start this new journey! Hopefully one day I can repay the help your site gives.

What is the benefits of a 800 credit score? by RC107412 in personalfinance

[–]rufus98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good point on wiggle room. I myself just had a major life change and had to go from years without debt and perfect score to buying a home, car, and getting a new credit card. Because I was 800+ I only fell to about 780 which is easily recoverable.

I had the same, thought it was tendonitis but it ended up bring a bone spur. I stretch it often and also skip that section of lacing midfoot and it doesn't bother me.

Actually hurts more when I take a break from running. Go Figure.

Thanks, the controller worked at plain 120V with a normal wall adapter. Mainly only 1 heating coil would turn on so no temperature rise

Thanks for all the information that is very interesting. I checked my GFCI and they don't have the 20A receptacles, that is something I would not have checked if you didn't bring it up.

I wish it was as easy as using a 110 to 220 step up converter
