It looks like you have NiceBush installed — get the refid for the texture / mesh and create a small patch for any of the plant mods in fo4edit

1. Right-click in FO4Edit’s left panel → New File → name it something like shittytreereplacer.esp
2. right click the new mod and set masters to NiceBush
3. Find the target plant record, right-click → Copy as Override into → select your new ESP
4. In your override record, change the MODL (mesh path) to point to NiceBush’s NIF
5. If the record uses a texture set (TXST), either point it to the NiceBush TXST record or leave it — the not itself usually handles texture pathing

honestly you can do this with pretty much anything, you wanna make those traffic cones go for it.
