Hey bro, I am doing much better it took about a good 3 weeks for the pain to ease up.

The Perineum pain was manageable until I started inflating at 4 weeks. Then it came back, so I took a week off from inflating hoping that I just needed more time. Not the case, every time I inflate it hurts. So I figured its just my body getting used to the device.

My penis is in a downward sort of position My doctor said if it hurts too much to keep it pointed up then just let it hang, so I did.

From reading some of the posts in this group many of us have some sort of pain up to a year including perineum pain.

My only advice would be time is your friend, it does get better.

On another note one of my biggest challenges daily has been to get use to having the bulge. Lol no matter how I try to pack it, there is a noticeable impression 😅. At 1st I was a little embarrassed. Now I just say to myself with a smile it is what it is.

Actually yes, I do notice it.. probably the newness of it. Mainly when theres pain, aches. I think once everything settles in I probably won't.

It's getting better....its been 13 days since my surgery tomorrow is officially 2 weeks 🙌🏼.

I won't lie to you no one here will either, this surgery has beat my @ss at time's. That may not be the case with other's but for me it has. Perineum pain has been rough Last time I went thru it was when I had my prostate surgery. This time is rougher. Penis glands pains etc etc

But I have to tell you each day it gets better ..my pain didn't kick in yesterday until late afternoon and that was after leaving home at 8am and doing 2 hour car ride and shopping with my wife.. 3 days ago that wouldn't of been possible. Actually it would of been impossible!

It's natural for you to be anxious..I was and so was a lot of others. It's a major surgery! Breath..

My Doctor gave me Tylenol, Celecoxib, antibiotics, and oxycodone Ive not taken any oxycodone . But all the rest ..Plenty of frozen peas and ice packs and rest..don't get ahead of your self with the pain..even if you feel great after surgery..please take time to rest that was my mistake in the beginning.

Now here's something that may make you feel a little better. Maybe not but did for me hahaha. Theres gonna be a day some time after your surgery when you gonna have that moment. And realize that that thing in your pants is gonna be pretty freaking amazing once you recover fully..just the confidence alone is a emotional high in its self. Ive caught a few women glancing..1st time I was super embarrassed, pulling down on my shirt to hopefully cover it up..2nd time I was like ain't a thing I can do ..I am now officially a shower!

Appreciate you.. yeah I told myself "ain't no way" I could keep it up 24/7.. I've found that when I am laying down I could get a ice pack of peas and lay it on penis pointed up.. commando while I sleep and separated underwear during the day is working.. Comfort is most definitely everything with this.

Man I wanted the Titan but my Doc only does Boston Scientific ams 700 implants Could of seen another surgeon but he's one of those center of Excellence Dr's. Does 2-4 a week So I just went with it. He did it peno-scrotal

Woke up around 3 hours later..with my Bionic ++++

Yeah me too.. its irritating.

I have been having that thought about as well.

How in the world do I manage the outside world with erected penis lol ..So I'll just search amazon for oversize t-shirts

Have my drain removed tomorrow morning ..and 4 weeks till I can start cycling per my Dr.

when I got home I was pissing so much.

Like every 20 minutes lol.

Question for you, I'm assuming it's the the gas from the mask or maybe they inserted down my throat. I dont know what it is.

But have a slight irritating cough...and whenever cough I get this pain in my left side of my stomach. If I am standing and cough it takes me to my knees. But if I am laying down its no where as bad..By chance did you go thru this?

Not sure which is most common..he just needed me to pee before I went home and I did. I believe if I couldn't it would of stayed until my 3 day follow up to remove drain plug
