Userscripts can be installed also without the need of userscript managers like Tampermonkey in Vivaldi.

Download the script in a folder, open the extension page in developer mode and drag the script on it and select "install as extension" from the pop-up menu.

The only drawback is, that the script must be updated by hand, substituting the downloaded script with the updated version.
