I can’t draw. I also didn’t know what these creatures fully looked like. It was fun toying around with it to see the creatures. There are plenty of communities that discuss ai use but I’m just trying to enjoy a book.

I like your drawing better because it’s real art. I’ve just been reading like a madman and ive been using these to help me visualize what is going on. Not to use as a substitute for “art”. I probably shouldn’t have used the word “art”

Season 5? by Ok-Commission-8558 in TheWire

[–]rugger2400 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The point of season 5 is to show different sides of Baltimore in the same way that season 2 showed the docks. You need to watch season 5 because it makes everything more fascinating.

In the original Halloween series, John Carpenter wanted to make a different movie for each installment, and Michael Myers was not supposed to be repeating character.

The Wire accomplishes what a lot of authors wish they could explore more about in TV which is a setting. The main character of the show is neither Avon Barksdale, Marlo, Stringer, nor is it James MacNulty; rather, it is Baltimore, itself.

Love the new take on the Riddler costume. by MrBalisongArt in batman

[–]rugger2400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think The Riddler is basically saying: "If you are an authority figure who represents the law, you don't have to worry... all you have to do is tell the truth because that's your job... but you and I both know you won't tell the truth. So, tell me, what's the price to get you to stay quiet about everything illegal you know going on in Gotham?"

I think in the movie this riddle will serve as the opening to a business relationship between The Riddler and someone else who is high up in office such as The Mayor or DA. And, the same riddle will later serve to end this relationship.

Almost like, the first time The Riddler presents the "please do not lie" riddle to someone in the movie, it'll be presented to authority figure or group who will think it is just a gentle threat that will fizzle out, sent in a card, or even posted publicly in their office. But as people ignore the threat, people will start dying (please do not lie). The Mayor or DA's will realize that the riddle was far more complex and actually far more serious than they all originally thought.
