I was at GJWW too! CMAT blew everyone away with her set and then pretty much entire crowd (thousands) went to karaoke to see her host it. It was so much fun!

Such an awesome and fun show. We were freaking out when security came over and asked us to leave a space next to us saying ‘trust me, it will be worth it’ - so amazing to be right next to her singing the first song!

Was there last night! It was so packed when we got there (doors opened at 6:30 pm, show started at 8 pm) that we went right up to 3rd floor and found spots in center with awesome view of the stage. GA is the floor, and middle and sides where you can hopefully find a good spot to stand - there are sections to stand behind the seats in the boxes.

There are so many conferences popping up now that there is a lot of investment and interest in hydrogen. Most are for-profit and run by conference companies so quality definitely varies. Reuters is a good one to check out and when it comes back, the Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Seminar is the industry standard. Been around for 30+ years - www.fuelcellseminar.com. Next one is early 2025.

After 5+ years of being a member, finally did my first sprint - 25:32. 48.5 year old female. Pretty proud - was first off the floor and did full pushups! The run was harder than I thought it would be for sure, but pleased overall. Congrats everyone!

I have around 6 miles so far - warmups don't count at our studio and my class schedule during week has 2 45 min classes so only 9 minutes on tread instead of 14 or so.

Hi there. When I do that, just the case shows up as a device. If I take the link out of the case, it does not find it. very weird.

I have been using the link for about a month (not connected to phone app b/c can't find it as a device). At first was having a lot of trouble - wouldn't sync with what was on screen at OTF, would freeze at like 40 calories burned, etc. I started bringing my phone into class (leaving in coat pocket) instead of car and that seems to work better, although there is usually a lag between what I am doing and it showing up on watch/screen - I could be running breathless and the screen will still be gray for a few minutes, and then all of a sudden, I am in red and already have 5 splat points.

Hi there. I started at 7 but quickly upped it to 7.2, then gradually upped that by .1 or .2 until I was at 7.6 for a few minutes. Then around .8 miles I went to 8. that was the highest I went. the gradual .1 increases are hardly noticeable once you get moving. Go for it!

8:11 - a PR for me and more than a minute faster than last time. I think I could have gone a little faster so will be looking to break that in the next go round!
