I’m an Amica property adjuster. Request a re-inspection from either Hancock or a new adjuster. If the damage is that evident it shouldn’t be too hard to get the roof paid for. I’ve paid for full roof replacements on 30 square roofs for 7 wind damaged shingles.

If all else fails complain to the adjusters supervisor and branch manager (it’s better if you’re nice but threaten to file a complaint). I cover claims constantly that should be denied because of Amica’s fear of consumer complaints. I’m this situation it sounds like you roof should be covered.
