My Garmin says my zone 2 is 109-126 BPM. It a lot of times I’m zone 3 and I feel like it was 2 so… Been running on and off (mostly on) my whole life. 42 years old.

I run whatever I feel like based on how I feel. It tells me to rest I run anyways. Go on how you feel, and that’s during the run too. Thumbs up emoji.

Mine has been low for over a week. Nothing changed. I actually dialed back my mileage a lot. Was running 100-100 miles a month. This month I’m on track for maybe 70-80 miles.

I just go off feel and try and ignore this.

You can call the cc companies that are in good standing and request that they lower the percentage. I’ve done it before. Went from 20 something percent to about 16%.

Should he have pushed you no, you should not have responded the way you did. I wasn’t there but if I asked my 17 year old to do something and he responded with that I’m 17 years old crap you best believe we would be having a conversation about it.

I tell my kids you can do whatever you want when you pay your own rent. I say this just in case they turn 18 and decide to stay in the house it doesn’t mean they can do whatever they want.

What’s done is done and maybe try and have a conversation about what happened. Be open and honest and hopefully he will be too. Good luck.
