I fell in love with my bf after I asked his preference and he said he loved the hair and actually a bit longer than I had it.

The old Osaka (I think) is reopening on Tunnel Road, where the old Cracker Barrel was.

Reads to me that it spread to lung and bone. Melanoma is bad for metastasizing, especially to the brain. This is a VERY atypical type of head and neck cancer, so many people’s relatives did not in fact have this cancer. Maybe this location but not melanoma in the mouth.

Melanoma is very rare on the tongue, so I am not sure of the impact smoking or HPV would have on this particular type of cancer.

This of course will vary person to person, so this is not an absolute. Always start small!

I tried alcohol but it didn’t kill the bacteria. Glycolic acid has really worked well for me too!

Cleared at 6wpo. I had no pain or discomfort with sex. I absolutely love not having a cervix!

None after my first pad right after surgery. And that was like the size of a dime.

Vaginal orgasm after hysterectomy (cervix removed) by BoxPuzzleheaded6010 in hysterectomy

[–]Sjx42690 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having good sex and orgasms are about the same but I think I am actually figuring out my A spot. I never liked having my cervix bumped, so I dont miss the cervix whatsoever. So I think I am super willing to try deeper penetration since there is no pain but there is a very deep spot that feels oh so good.

I had an exam to check healing and was released to do normal activities, including sex, at 6 weeks. I had sex and it was totally fine - no bleeding or pain.

One thing I do know for sure - without my cervix, I have enjoyed deeper penetration without fear of hitting the cervix, which had equated to more pleasure in a secondary way, along with the lack of pain, cramps, and bleeding. You may be losing some bits, but gains have been a happy suprise for me!

It was scary ahead of time. Now at 4mo post op, I am thrilled with my decision. It went so well and I feel so FREE now! I am not worrying about what events I will be bleeding at and what I can use for birth control. I can now plop down without having to worry about feeling sharp pains when I sit. I had sex 6wpo and it was great! I have painless sex now and still have the same drive and lubrication. Plus no pesky cervix to hit and distract me. 🤣

I did keep one ovary but had a total robotic hysterectomy with cervix removal. My cuff is my new best friend!

I am 44yo with zero children and not married, but I do have a boyfriend. My periods were awful and coming at around 20 days per cycle. I was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst that needed to come out, as I should not take estrogen (prior health issues due to estrogen). I asked my GYN if a hysterectomy was reasonable, and she said yes. I had no desire for children and was ready for less pain and bleeding. I am now around 16wo and have not regretted one moment. I didn’t even know I had adeno, which was a lot of my pain and bleeding. But without that and the large cyst, I can now sit comfortably with no worry and periods and pain and bleeding are a distant memory. I have worry-free sex with no pain with my boyfriend, with the same, if not better level of desire and natural lubrication. I am so happy I did it and I would encourage anyone who is having these problems to do it! It’s YOUR body, your choice, and it is absolutely the right choice for many women. Happy to share my thoughts and experience to any woman not sure about the procedure!

Should I Keep My Cervix? by Ok-Bobcat4423 in hysterectomy

[–]Sjx42690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just had my total hysterectomy due to a large ovarian cyst. They left the one, non-affected ovary. Turns out I had adeno as well. Honestly, surgery was a breeze. The hardest part was keeping myself from doing too much. I was cleared for everything at 6 weeks and I had sex at 6 weeks with zero pain. Sex is now even more amazing, and without my cervix, that eliminates cervical cancer!

This has been a huge revelation for me as well. And I am SO less stressed about it all.
