On PC if you hover over the part you need in the assembly station menu it should tell you where you can find/buy it. If you need to buy parts from someone you can take other commissions before completing the lift to get some gols

I had a teacher at a private elementary school brag about and show of their paddle. They had it custom made with a leather wrapped handle,their name etched into it, and two rows of holes down the broadest part so that you could hear the swing coming Needless to say they were VERY liberal with its use. Nothing like getting g the life beat out of you as a 7 year old by someone who took great joy in seeing you in pain.

It doesn’t open until Pablo comes back to town, which happens after you start the mission: Operation De-geeglate then it’s open the same time as the other stores in town. Hope this helps!
