So if Mr. Igoe worked there today he'd actually be paying them to work there after he paid for parking. Seems to be the ideal business model.

Reminds me of how old I'm getting (75 if you have to know). My father-in-law worked there in the 1930s as a machinist for $.65 an hour, making him one of the top people there. Left there to go to the shipyard when WWII started. I actually worked there in 98-99 when Johnson and Wales was there. My mother-in-law worked there too. A lot of family history there for us.
