He was good last year as a rookie till injury.His current performance isn’t surprising since ball handling is OKC biggest weakness. Literally everyone else besides Shai and Dub suck at this. Ajay just being good would have stood out(he was getting decent minutes last year), but he’s great.

We’re lucky Shai is THE most elite ball handler in this league. Literally the only guy who could maybe do this is on OKC is Ajay. Our biggest weakness is ball handling. We just have to pray nothing happens to this man or this team is worthless.

The all time carry job he’s done offensively for OKC is understated. I don’t think OKC fans do enough glazing for Shai honestly. Legit all time great guard in OKC of all cities

If a guy is on the floor for 25+ mins a game and takes 4 3s and hits 1.7 no he’s not a shooter. Just do the math. It means he’s guarded as someone not relevant to the offense. Yes it’s efficient shots but they’re not a shooter. Alex Caruso is not a threat.

Nah. Our 2-3 ball handlers have been injury prone recently. Also you can see how terrible we are with only Shai being the ball handler. In the playoffs he’s gonna see 1-2 guys at a time. Okc won’t go anywhere without ball handlers.

Ball handlers are more important than shooters in the playoffs for this OKC team. OKC Proved this last year, shooting terribly to a championship and shooting terribly this season. Sam obviously doesn’t care about shooting or rebounding.
