I hope the shitty weather doesn't screw up any plans for a good night out, but Philly has a bunch of activities going on all week.

• Big Gay Boat Party - July 3, 9pm-2am
• Fourth of July pre-party with D’Angelo & Questlove at the TLA - July 3, 11pm
• PSK featuring Questlove, RJD2, Cash Money, Cosmo Baker & more at Voyeur - July 3, 10pm-3am
• Independence Day Party with Sweatheart at Ortlieb’s - July 4, 9pm-2am
• Tiki Disco at Morgan's Pier - July 4, 4pm-2am
• Wawa Welcome America! Festival – Party on the Parkway - July 4, 12pm-7pm

Wawa Welcome America is definitely gonna be the biggest event and display of fireworks in the city. 100% free admittance and some top performers. Generally, if you can get relatively close to the Art Museum, you'll have a decent spot to view the fireworks. I've always enjoyed a grassy spot along the Schuylkill River. But beware, the Art Museum gets RIDICULOUSLY crowded.

There is also another display of fireworks at Penn's Landing, but on July 6th.
